Biography

Louise Eberts has been involved in competitive sports since the age of six. She was a provincial level Gymnast, track athlete, and cheerleader.

After leaving high school Louise moved out west to pursue her love for snowboarding and spent several years competing as a sponsored athlete, coaching competitive gymnastics, and enjoying many outdoor sports. Finding CrossFit after a move back east to Montreal in 2009 opened an exciting new chapter of competition, qualifying for the 2011 CrossFit Games on a team and discovering that her experience in gymnastics melded very well with coaching CrossFit.

Louise has hosted seminars across Canada, created clinics that run monthly as well as coaching private one-on-one sessions weekly. Louise prides herself on making athletes of all levels feel comfortable and excited about their goals and what they are learning. Her energy is BIG and she is always ready to share it with everyone she meets.
